1. You must have lived in San andreas for at least 5 years
2. You must be on the "good" side of the law
3. You must not have any past Gang/Crime-Family experience
4. You must not have been dishonorably discharged from the Lspd or Military
5. You must not be in possession of any illegal weaponry or narcotics
6.You must not bug me about your application ))
7.You must have a Clear Wanted Records
8.Not served in the prison
